The Despatch Depyrogenation Tunnel has three Class 100 zones.

• The preheat zone transfers glassware from the washer to the tunnel under a shower of Class 100 air.

• The hot zone heats the glassware to depyrogenation temperatures for the time required for the necessary
reduction in endotoxins (>3 log).

• The cool zone cools the glassware to the optimal temperature for filling operations.
The tunnel’s airflow pattern provides an extremely uniform heating and cooling environment. Recirculating air on both sides of the tunnel provides more uniform temperatures and consistent depyrogenation than designs which
recirculate air on just one side of the tunnel.

Clean room ovens

Despatch's LCD2-14 clean process oven offers the ultimate in HEPA filtration for processes where minimal contamination is essential. The LCD2-14 maintains Class 100 through the process cycle with ramp rates up to 5°C per minute. It is available in three different atmosphere configurations:

Inert Atmosphere - Allows nitrogen (or other inert gas) to be injected into the chamber to lower the oxygen level to prevent oxidation of products. A water cooling coil is provided for rapid cooling. Control of nitrogen flow and water cooling is programmable through the Protocol PlusTM Controller.

Class A Atmosphere - Meets NFPA requirements for processing flammable solvents, including a pressure relief panel (rear of oven), purge timer, and forced exhaust.

Air Atmosphere - A forced exhaust fan is included on the air atmosphere unit for rapid cooling.

Laboratory ovens

The LBB pass through features a combination of horizontal and vertical airflow that offers excellent temperature uniformity at a moderate price.
