Erea Clean air equipment, solution for ultra clean air protection

Weighing Booth:

The weighing booth is used for the containment of volatile powders during the loading, weighing, and transfer operations; and for the preparation of doses to be incorporated into solutions for the manufacturing of batches.

Protected by a vertical laminar airflow class ISO 5, The weighing area is equipped with a weighing table. a blowing plenum, equipped with the HEPA filters, perfectly airtight to the EMERY test.

Sampling Booth:

The sampling booth is used for the sampling of the chemical components that make up the finished products.

equipped with the HEPA filters, perfectly airtight to the EMERY test; The weighing area is protected by a vertical laminar air flow class ISO 5.

Transfer Trolley:

The transfer trolley is used for the storage and the transfer of products that are sensitive to contamination, between two class A areas, and through a class C area.

A laminar air flow class ISO 5 is blown horizontally from the blowing plenum, towards the loading door, thus swiping the area where the products are stored (shelves and trays), and maintaining a positive pressure within the transfer trolley greater than the pressure in the surrounding room.

Pass Through Hatch:

The pass through hatch is used for the transfer of materials / products between two areas of different classes.

The pass through hatch is composed of:
2 double skin panels which make the recirculation ducts; 2 interlocked doors with a flush window, equipped with pneumatic airlocks; a blowing plenum located above the transfer hatch blowing a laminar air flow class ISO 5.

Isolator:

The isolator with negative pressure is used for the handling of toxic or cytotoxic products, whereas the isolator with positive pressure will be used for handling of sterile
The pressure is kept constant inside the isolator thanks to an integrated system blowing a laminar air flow class ISO 5.

Restricted Area Barrier:

The RABS is a real alternative to the use of isolators, i.e. it enables the containment of sterile but non toxic operations, by minimizing human intervention, which may contaminate the products.
